1. No Cancellation & No Refund

• Once a client confirms a service and makes an advance or full payment, there will be no cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
• This applies to all types of visa consultancy services, including student visas, work visas, and visit visas.

2. Processing Time & Delays

• The estimated processing time for visa applications is communicated to clients before proceeding.
• Delays caused by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

3. Visa Rejections & Government Fees

• Visa approval is subject to the discretion of government authorities. In case of rejection, any fees paid to embassies or government bodies are non-refundable.
• The Sky Tour is not responsible for refunding any third-party charges, including visa fees, translation services, medical checkups, or legal documents.

4. Exceptional Cases

• If an issue arises due to an error from our side, clients can contact us at +91 8074 855 240 for resolution. However, refunds remain at the sole discretion of The Sky Tour.

5. Agreement to Terms

• By making a payment for our services, you acknowledge and accept our no cancellation and no refund policy.
